About the property
This villa in a quiet location is situated on a 20,000 square metre plot and is completely fenced in. Here, you will find numerous places where you can relax, enjoy time with family or friends, take in the beautiful views, and visit the nearby beaches and towns.
Interior:
This 300-square-meter house can accommodate up to 8 guests. It has 4 bedrooms: three with double beds (200x180 cm) and bathrooms, fully equipped, and one bedroom with two single beds (200x90 cm). All rooms have air conditioning. In addition to the three mentioned bathrooms, there is a fourth bathroom in the common areas and a basic toilet.
On the ground floor of the house, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room where you can relax, a dining room, and a laundry area. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a lovely terrace with sea views. On the top floor, there are the other two double bedrooms with terraces and a 30-square-meter studio.
Exterior:
Thanks to its orientation, this house is perfect for enjoying the sun practically all day. Its wonderful 4x12 meter pool offers a chance to cool off and enjoy time in the garden. The house is surrounded by a well-maintained garden with typical local trees, sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and numerous chill-out areas. Some of these areas are covered, others are under the open sky, each with different styles of furniture.
The terrace, located on the south side of the house, offers beautiful sunset views. The house is also suitable for families with children, as they can enjoy activities in the garden, the pool, and with garden toys.

The house is ideally located, allowing you to combine the natural surroundings with nearby beaches. It is close to the town of San Carlos, where you can shop and enjoy local gastronomy and services.
Within a 2-4 km radius, you can visit nearby beaches such as Cala Leña, Cala Nova, Es Figueral, and Aguas Blancas, among others. Another recommended town to visit is Santa Eulalia, where you will find various options for sports activities, souvenir shopping, clothing stores, restaurants, and more.
Both the city of Ibiza and the airport are approximately 25 km away.
