This stunning villa for 12 people is located close to the city of Ibiza and offers a luxurious retreat with panoramic views of the sea, harbour and city. Designed for an exclusive stay, the villa is equipped with luxurious furnishings and latest technology, including an innovative sound system.
Interior of the Villa:
The villa has 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The wellness area includes an indoor pool in the living room, as well as a spa area for an all-round relaxing experience.
The interior design of the villa is characterised by its elegant style and the spaciousness of the common areas, which include a large living room with several areas: a leisure area with a poker table that can be converted into a pool table, a TV lounge with comfortable sofas and a large HD LED screen. This room also houses the centrepiece of the B&O and Sonos sound system, which can be controlled from anywhere in the villa via an app.
Exterior:
The villa offers several terraces that are ideal for enjoying the views and the Mediterranean climate. In the garden area, there is a covered terrace that is perfect for al fresco breakfasts. In front of the living room there is a large terrace adjacent to the main pool, with seating and sun loungers. Another pool area consists of a saltwater pool surrounded by real sand from Mallorca. There is also a bar and a large LED screen for outdoor entertainment. In total there are 3 outdoor pools and one indoor pool.
Location:
Located just 3 km from Ibiza Town and the harbor. Talamanca Beach is less than a 20-minute walk away, and the famous Platja S’Estanyol is 2.7 km away. The access to the village of Nuestra Señora de Jesús is only 800 meters away.
