Holiday villa for 12 people in a beautiful location with a fantastic view of Aywaille and the Amel.
This modern villa is an oasis of relaxation with an outdoor swimming pool and covered Jacuzzi as well as a panoramic terrace.

Bedroom 4: A double bed and a bathroom with bath, toilet and washbasin.
Bedroom 5: 2 loft beds that sleep 4 people and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
The bedroom is adjacent to the games room with table football. Here you will also find a washing machine and the dryer.
From here you have direct access to the garden and the wellness area with sauna, jacuzzi and outdoor swimming pool.

Here you will find a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils and a dining room with a large dining table that offers enough space for 12 people. Right next to it is a large sitting area with TV. There is also a fireplace, which provides a cosy atmosphere, especially in winter. From here you have a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape. The second, somewhat smaller living room with sitting area and TV is very bright due to the integrated skylights.
Likewise, from here you have direct access to the large panoramic terrace, which offers a breathtaking view at any time of day or season.
